TERMS OF SERVICE – COLECTIVO JIU JITSU - ZH (SWITZERLAND)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and facilities of Colectivo Jiu Jitsu - ZH (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or participating in our classes, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.

2. SERVICES

We provide Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and related services. We may modify services, provided this does not affect already paid services.

3. MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS

  • Fees must be paid in advance

  • Memberships renew per agreed plan

  • Price changes do not affect active paid periods

  • Non-payment may result in suspension

4. CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation requires prior notice (e.g., 30 days)

  • No refunds unless required by Swiss law

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

You confirm you are fit to train and accept risks.

6. LIABILITY

We exclude liability for minor negligence. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence, intent, or personal injury.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Respect others and follow rules. Violations may result in termination.

8. WEBSITE USE

No unlawful use, malware, or unauthorized copying.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content belongs to Colectivo Jiu Jitsu - ZH.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Handled according to Swiss data protection laws.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for third-party providers.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction: Zurich.

14. SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
